By interacting/using or fulfilling purchases with Nudle on Discord, SMS, Twitch, Messenger, Whatsapp and other platforms respectively, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the targeted Platforms' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Reporting Misuse
If you encounter misuse of Nudle services and/or products, you are encouraged to report it to the respected Platform. Blacklisting
Nudle Labs reserves the right to blacklist users from accessing Nudle services & products in cases of severe or repeated misuse. Blacklisting measures are implemented to ensure a safe and constructive environment for all users. Blacklisted may be notified and provided with the reason for the action taken.

Nudle Labs may use profile/personal information that each respective platform allows to access for analytical purposes. This information helps improve the performance and user experience of Nudle services & products.
